📦 Returns – 14 Days to Change Your Mind

You have 14 days from the day you receive your jewelry to request a return — no questions asked! 

What you need to know:

• The jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.

Important Reminder:
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without valid tracking proof.
If a tracked return parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will offer you store credit equal to the value of your returned item(s). 

• Return shipping is at your cost.
  (We strongly recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.)

Sometimes things happen — and we’re ready to make it right.

If you discover a defect or your jewelry develops a fault under normal wear within 24 months of purchase, you can make a warranty claim.

Here’s how it works:

• Contact us here and fill a simple form. 

• Our team will carefully assess your claim.

• If the claim is approved, we will offer you a repair, replacement, or full refund — whichever suits you best.

Important Reminder:
If your warranty claim is approved, Balmante Jewelry will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return label to make the process simple and easy. You won't have to worry about paying for return shipping if your claim is valid — we’ll take care of everything for you.

  This gentle fading is a normal part of the life of plated pieces and is not considered a defect.
