Standard shipping is free worldwide, no minimum order required. DHL Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location (around 9€)

Returns & Exchanges

The product must be unworn, unused, and in original condition (including packaging).

Yes – all of our jewelry is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in line with EU consumer protection laws.
This means that if your piece has a fault due to a production issue (such as a loose stone or broken setting), we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. 🩷
Please note: the warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, improper care, or accidental breakage.
