I ordered a ring on August 26th and until today I still haven’t received anything. Two weeks ago, we received an email saying that the ring would be shipped urgently once it was back in stock. Then on Monday, we got another email stating that it had finally been shipped and that I should receive it within 1–2 days. However, it has now been 5 days and I still haven’t received the ring. My boyfriend bought this as a gift, but unfortunately, it has completely failed as a surprise. Very disappointing experience.
Still didn’t recieve my ring after you guys emailed me back saying you would ship it, emailed back about any information if it would be shipped and still have no answer back after 4 days.

At first, I was a bit sceptical about ordering from Balmante Jewelry — especially after seeing a few concerning reviews on the Shop App about items not arriving. But I decided not to cancel and let things play out. My order didn’t arrive when I expected, so I reached out to the company. They responded within a few days, explained the delay, and refunded my express shipping as a gesture of apology. A day or two later, the package arrived — around 11 a.m. today. I’ve opened the item, and it’s absolutely beautiful — exactly as described. I’m really happy with the purchase. The company is not a scam, and they did make things right. If you’re in a similar position, I’d say give it a bit of patience. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Balmante Jewelry.
